It is possible to copy a clip to an EVS video server belonging to the same or
another XNet network through the GigE network via the Gigabit Ethernet
connection. For more information, refer to the Technical Reference manual.

To copy a clip to an EVS video server, proceed as follows:

1.

Right-click the clip line or XT clip line corresponding to the clip you want to
copy to another server.

The clip contextual menu is displayed.

Select Copy by GigE from the menu and the server you want to copy the
clip to from the Send to sub-menu.

The clip is copied and the

icon appears in the Status column.

Note

When copying a clip to another EVS video server from the same network,

this option can be used rather than the Send to > XT option to avoid the
creation of a target.
