Print Quality (Function 43)
The print quality of your OKIFAX 740 may be set to either
Draft (faster speed, ink conservation) or Letter (slower
speed, best print quality). To select your preference:
1. Press [FUNCTION] [4] [3].
SET QUALITY? Y/N
2. Press [YES].
DRAFT-* LETTER-#
3. Press [*] for Draft or [#] for Letter.
4. Press [YES] to confirm your entry.
Paper Size (Function 44)
Three sizes of recording paper are available:
A4
210 x 297mm
US Letter 8½" x 11" (216 x 279mm)
US Legal 8½" x 14" (216 x 356mm)
To set the appropriate size for the paper in use:
1. Press [FUNCTION] [4] [4].
PAPER SIZE? Y/N
2. Press [YES].
3. Press [*] until the appropriate size is displayed.
4. Press [YES] to confirm your entry.
