Connecting the ISDN BRI trunks (for trunking applications)
For trunking applications, two procedures are required to connect the ISDN
BRI trunks:

Connecting the system cables to the cross-connect terminal
Step
Action
Each card slot equipped with an SILC or UILC requires one NE-A25B
25-pair connector cable. The cables connect to the connectors at the
bottom of the cabinet or at the rear of the MG 1000S. Each connector
is assigned to its corresponding card slot (for example, connector J8 is
assigned to card slot 8).

Remove the connector retaining bar from the connector panel
in the lower part of each cabinet or MG 1000S. See
"Cable connectors in main cabinet" (page 68)
