Follow the suggested actions in the order in which they are listed in the Action column until the problem
is solved.

See the Chapter 8, “Parts Listing, TD200x Machine Types 3719, 3821, 3822, and 3823,” on page 237 to
determine which components are customer replaceable units (CRU) and which components are field
replaceable units (FRU).

If an action step is preceded by “(Trained service technician only),” that step must be performed only by a

Description
Action
System-event log
(LOG)
A system error occurred.
View the contents of the system-event log (see “Event
logs” on page 27).
Temperature
The system temperature has
exceeded a threshold level.
1. See the system-event log for the source of the
fault (see “System-event log” on page 38).
2. Make sure that the airflow in the server is not
blocked.
3. Make sure that the room temperature is neither too
hot nor too cold (see “Environment” in
“Specifications” on page 17).
