Please have your antenna and receiver serial numbers
ready before calling technical support. The serial
numbers are located on the red Activation Card. You
can also find the serial numbers from the primary
receiver’s onscreen menu (see Section 10-6, “Viewing
Serial Numbers” on page 10.13).
