An FCP Response (RSP) frame is returned by the drive for each FCP CMND operation unless the drive
receives:
1. A Clear Task Set
2. An Abort Task Set
3. A Target Reset
4. A Loop Initialization Primitive Sequence (LIP) Reset
5. An Abort Sequence (ABTS) for the command
