This command sets the daylight saving time hours.
NOTE! - This command affects the MS clock set with the
AT+CCLK command. To avoid confusion it is
recommended the daylight saving time (DST) is set
with this command before setting the actual local time
with AT+CCLK.

1 Daylight saving time, +1 hour
2 Daylight saving time, +2 hours
