Controls parameters for non-transparent HSCSD calls. Changing or
during a call does not affect the current call. Changing
or affects the current call only if was non-zero when the call
was established. When using the command in this way it comes in the
“action” command category. This is what is referred to as user initiated up-
and down-grading in GSM 02.34 and GSM 03.34.
NOTE! - Recommended value for parameter in
AT+CBST is 0.
