2.3 Preparation of installation
■ Not using a Rack
(1) Attach rubber feet.
- Attach 4 rubber feet in the bottom surface of the equipment with provided 4 rubber foot
screws (M3 x 8mm).
■ Mounting to a Rack
(1) Assemble 2 rack-mounting brackets
- Fasten the rack-mounting handle to the rack-mounting angles using provided 2 rack
handle screws (M4 x 10mm). Assemble 2 brackets in the same procedure.
(2) Remove 8 screws
- Remove the 8 screws at the right and left side surface of the equipment. (M4 x
10mm).
(3) Mount the rack-mounting bracket to the equipment
- Fasten 2 rack-mounting bracket (Assembled in the procedure (1)) to the equipment
using 8 screws ( Removed in the procedure (2)).
(4) Mount the equipment to the Rack
For rack-mounting

M3 x 6mm (4 EA)
For rack-mounting angle
M4 x 10mm (4 EA)

Provided screws
! Do not use except provided screws as this may cause malfunction. Please use rubber
foot screws provided.
