To change the display time for the “The job is accepted.” screen
(“Notification Screen” function)
The length of time that the “The job is accepted.” screen, which requests
confirmation of a reception number or job No. after copying is finished, can be
specified.
1 Press the [Accessibility] key in the control panel.
2 Touch [Notification Screen].
3 Select the desired time setting.
❍ Touch [3 sec.], [10 sec.] or [60
sec.].
❍ To leave the “The job is
accepted.” screen displayed
until [Enter] is touched, touch
[No Limit].
4 Touch [Enter].
To change the volume of touch panel beeps and alarms (“Sound Setting”
function)
The volumes of the beep that is sounded when a touch panel button is touched and
of the alarm that is sounded when a malfunction occurs can be specified. During
normal usage, a low volume is specified, however this function is convenient when
a temporary increase in volume is desired. Basic volume setting can be set in User
Management. For details, refer to Utilities in the Advanced Operations volume.
1 Press the [Accessibility] key in the control panel.
2 Touch [Sound Setting].
3 Select the desired volume setting.
4 Touch [Enter].
