Using the Phone
Muting a Call
During a call, you can mute your microphone
so that the person with whom you are
speaking cannot hear you, but you can still
hear him or her. This is useful if, for
example, you do not want the other person to
hear a conversation or background noise on
your side of the call.
On the Phone keypad, tap to turn on
the mute function. The will appear on
the upper-right corner.
To turn off the mute function, tap .
Using Speakerphone
You can turn on the speakerphone to use the
device as a hands-free solution.
On the Phone keypad, tap to turn on
the speakerphone function. The will
appear on the navigation bar.

Managing More than One Call
NOTE: You may need to register for the “call waiting” service with your service
provider and set the device accordingly. The exact number of people you can talk at
the same time depends on your service provider.
