Input Modes
Press and hold a corresponding key to shift between
letters and numbers.
• When you have entered a letter and want to enter the
next one, you can wait for about two seconds until the
cursor moves to the position of the next letter, or
simply press a key immediately to enter it.
• If you type a wrong letter or number, you can move
the cursor to it by pressing
S
, then press
-
to erase
it.
123 Input
This input mode allows you to enter numbers using the
alphanumeric keys. To enter punctuation, press and hold
*
to display the punctuation and select.
Alignment
This option allows you to align the text to the left, center, or
right of the screen when you are using the message editor.
Insert Symbol
Displays the bar of punctuation and symbols. Use
S
to
scroll the bar (press and hold
S
to scroll page by page)
and, when the desired symbol is highlighted, press
+
(
OK
)
or
N
. You can also press a corresponding number key for
a desired symbol.
