My wishlist displays the apps you have bookmarked. To bookmark an app, tap the
bookmark icon
on the apps detailed screen.
Redeem allows you to redeem Google Play Store gift card and promotional code.
Note: Tap SETTINGS or HELP for additional options.
Request a Refund for a Paid App
If you are not satisfied with an app, you can ask for a refund within 15 minutes of the purchase,
unless otherwise stated by the app developer. Your credit card is not charged and the app is
uninstalled from your phone.
If you change your mind, you can install the app again, but you can’t request a refund a second
time.
1. From the Home screen, tap
> Play Store.
2. Tap on the top left of the screen, or touch and hold the left end of the screen and slide
it to the right, and tap My apps.
3. Tap the app to uninstall for a refund. The details screen for the app opens.
4. Tap Refund. Your app is uninstalled and the charge is cancelled.
Open an Installed App
There are options for opening an installed app.

icon. If you see the
icon, open the
Notifications panel, and then tap the app to open it.

2. Locate the app and tap the icon.

3. Locate the app and tap the icon.
4. Tap OPEN.
