The ESC option is a VT_SCANCODES setting. In the left pane, scroll
down to reach the VT_SCANCODES folder. To view the scan code
options, click the plus sign (+) that appears to the left of the
VT_SCANCODES folder.

The VT_SCANCODES settings appear.
