Chapter 6: System Operation
¾
Data Number 18 - Detection Start Load (Methods 2-2, 4, 5 and 6)
The load at which the press will begin looking for the given values to determine judgment.
A setting is possible from 0 to 105% of full-scale value.
*This is also the measurement start load for Rate 2.
¾
Data Number 18 - Time Start Load (Method 3)
The load at which the press begins measuring [42: Press Time].
¾
Data Number 24 - Press Speed Start Distance
The distance at which Part Search Speed will change to Press Speed.
A setting is possible from 0 to stroke distance limit.
*This is also the measurement start distance for Rate 2.
¾
Data Number 24 - Distance High Limit (Methods 2-2, 4 and 6)
When using the special press methods listed above, this is the judgment zone distance
high limit.
A setting is possible from 0 to stroke distance limit.
¾
Data Number 20 - Distance Low Limit
¾
Data Number 21 - Distance High Limit
Minimum and maximum acceptable distance limits for the target distance or load.
In Load Control, if [21: Distance High Limit] is reached before achieving [13: Target
Load], the press will stop.
¾
Data Number 21 - Final Distance High Limit (Methods 2-2, 4 and 6)
When using the special press methods listed above, this is maximum acceptable
distance limit for the target load.
A setting is possible from 0 to stroke distance limit.
¾
Data Number 22 - Target Distance
In Distance Control Methods, this is the target distance value.
(Example: If Target Distance is 100mm, press will attempt to operate until 100mm is
reached.)
¾
Data Number 30 - Rate 1 Low
(Data number OA set to 0xxx)
(used prior to V2.0)
¾
Data Number 31 - Rate 1 High
(Data number OA set to 0xxx)
(used prior to V2.0)
Minimum and maximum acceptable limits of the slant of load and distance between Part
Check Load Low and Interference Check Distance (Part Check Distance) or Interference
Check Load (Part Check Load High).
Judgment will take place when Interference Check Distance (Part Check Distance) or
Interference Check Load (Part Check Load High) is reached.
¾
Data Number 32 - Rate 2 Low
(Data number OA set to 0xxx)
(used prior to V2.0)
¾
Data Number 33 - Rate 2 High
(Data number OA set to 0xxx)
(used prior to V2.0)
Minimum and maximum acceptable limits of the slant of load and distance between
Press Speed Start Distance or Data number 18 (prior version “Crossover Load”) and
Target Distance or Target Load.
Judgment will take place when Target Distance or Target Load is reached.
