Carefully lift the PCA off of its connector and out of the
notebook.

Reassembly Notes: Make sure the headphone jack
fits through its opening in the bottom case, and that
the PCA is set securely on its connector.

Remove the four screws (M2x3.5) attaching the
PCMCIA socket to the motherboard, and remove the
socket.

Speaker, left

Remove the retaining screw from the speaker.
Disconnect the speaker wires from the motherboard,
and lift the speaker out of the notebook.

Reassembly Notes: Make sure the tabs on the left
side of the speaker fit between the corresponding tabs
in the bottom case, and the speaker wire fits through
its notch in the bottom case.

Remove the retaining screw from the speaker.
Disconnect the speaker wires from the motherboard,
and lift the speaker out of the notebook.

Reassembly Notes: Make sure the tab at the right
rear of the speaker fits under the corresponding tab in
the bottom case, and the speaker wire fits through its
notch in the bottom case.
