The problem is… (checklist)
Before deciding that there is a serious problem with the printer, check the following items.
Symptom

No power
Power cable connection
Check that the power cable is correctly
plugged into the power outlet.

Power switch on/off
Turn on the power switch (Refer to

The media guide is not heated even when

Printer status
The media guide is heated during
printing. Be sure the media guide is
