2-10. BLOWER ASSEMBLY The blower motor circulates air into the burner area to create
the correct heat for the fryer. If the blower fails, a sensor will
shut the gas control valve down.
1. Remove the electrical power supplied to the unit.
To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the
power switch to OFF and disconnect main circuit
breaker, or unplug cord at wall receptacle.
2. Remove back shroud and right side panel.
3. Remove the tube from the blower.
The blower tube will slide out of the bracket, instead of bolted,
on the newer fryers. See photo below.
4. Remove the bracket from the frame.
