To add addresses to a distribution list
1 Press S ETUP ( A LT + F4 ), then L ISTS ( F3 ).
2 Select Public E-mail Lists.
3 If an administrator password is required, the HP Digital Sender
8100C Administrator’s Password dialog box appears. Type the
password and press
O K ( F1 ).
4 Select the distribution list you want to edit.
5 Press O K to modify the list.
6 Type an address to add to the list and press E NTER .
7 Edit the information for the address and click S AVE ( F1 ).
8 Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each address to add to the list.
To delete addresses from a distribution list
1 Press S ETUP ( A LT + F4 ), then L ISTS ( F3 ).
2 Select Public E-mail Lists.
3 If an administrator password is required, the HP Digital Sender
8100C Administrator’s Password dialog box appears. Type the
password and press
O K ( F1 ).
4 Select the distribution list you want to edit.
5 Press O K ( F1 ) to modify the list.
6 Select the addresses.
7 Press D ELETE ( F3 ).
8 Press O K ( F1 ) to confirm the deletion.
