To change a user profile

At the control panel, press

ETUP

). Then press

SERS
(

).

If an administrator password is required, the HP Digital Sender
8100C Administrator’s Password dialog box appears. Type the
password and press

).

Select a name in the list of users by using the arrow keys or type
the profile name in the Users field and press
M
ODIFY

).

Modify the name, e-mail address, password, and password
confirmation, pressing
E
NTER
after each field.

Press

PTIONS

) and select
Y
ES
(
F1
) or
N
O
(
F4
) for each
option in the user profile.

To delete a user profile

At the control panel, press

Highlight a name in the list of users or type the profile name in the

) to delete the user profile. Press

return to the Users screen without deleting the profile.
CAUTION
Deleting a user profile also deletes that user’s address book.
