Maintaining the Public Lists address book
Only the administrator can change information in the Public Lists
address book.
To add a list to the Public Lists address book
1
Press
S
ETUP

LT

), then
L
ISTS
(

).

Select Public E-mail Lists.

If an administrator password is required, the HP Digital Sender
8100C Administrator’s Password dialog box appears. Type the
password and press
O
K

).

Type the name for the distribution list.

Press
E
NTER

Press

K

) to add the new list.

Type an address to add to the list and press
E
NTER
.

Edit the information for the address and click
S
AVE

).

Repeat steps 7 and 8 for each address to add to the list.
To delete a list from the Public Lists address book

Press
