Working with address books
This section contains information about address books that pertains
to the administrator.
The administrator maintains these categories in the L ISTS option of
the S ETUP ( A LT + F4 ) menu:
● Public E-mail Lists
Contains predefined groups of e-mail addresses available to any
user. Only the administrator can change information in this
address book.
● Public E-mail Addresses
Contains e-mail addresses available to any user. Only the
administrator can change information in this address book.
● User’s E-mail Lists
Contains a registered user’s predefined groups of e-mail
addresses. The user can change information in this address book
through the
L ISTS option of the main menu.
● User’s E-mail Addresses
Contains e-mail addresses available to the registered user. The
user can change information in this address book through the
L ISTS option of the main menu.
● Fax Lists
Contains predefined groups of fax numbers available to any
registered user. The user can change information in this address
book through the
L ISTS option of the main menu.
● Fax Numbers
Contains fax numbers available to any registered user. The user
can change information in this address book through the
L ISTS
option of the main menu.
