1 11 11 Turn off the HP Color Copier 210.
2 22 22 Plug the copy controller into the port in the back of the HP Color
Copier 210.
3 33 33 Turn on the copy controller and then the HP Color Copier 210.
4 44 44 Press the menu button until Copy Controller is displayed on the front panel
display.
CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION After you have activated a copy controller, you will be able to make copies only
if the copy controller is attached.
5 55 55 To activate the copy controller, press Select/Resume.
6 66 66 To confirm, press Select/Resume again. Pressing any other key will cancel
activating the copy controller.

After a copy controller has been activated, the only way to make copies is
through the copy controller. If a person tries to make a copy without using
the copy controller, the following message will appear:
Cannot copy. Access through copy controller.
If the copy controller is turned off, disconnected, or otherwise disabled, the
following message will appear:
Cannot copy. Copy controller disconnected.
