If you need to contact Technical Support, please be prepared to provide the following
information:
1.
A detailed description of the problem, and any actions taken to solve it.
2.
A detailed description of the environment around the encoder. This includes the make
and model of any connected devices being used, as well as the connection network (IP or
ASI) between the encoder and any other devices.
3.
The Technical Support information from the decoder itself. This is downloaded from the
Support
tab:
Select the
Support
Tab, and click on the
Save
button next to
Support Info Download
. This
will create a file called
TECHSUPPORT.TXT
in the computer running DashBoard. Please e-
mail this file to address shown.
