Loading Cut Sheets in the Front Manual Feeder
Use the front manual feeder to load one cut sheet at a time up to 0.06 inch (1.5 mm) thick.
1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
2. On the control panel, press the paper source button.
3. Press the down arrow button to select Cut Sheet , and press the OK button.
4. Press the load paper button to release the pressure roller.
5. Insert paper with the printable side up over the black roller in the front manual feeder as shown.
6. Look through the printer window and make sure the paper is inserted under the gray roller inside the
printer.
