XLR/TRS INPUT LEVEL (XLR/TRS input type
selection) switch (L/R)
Select “MIC” or “LINE” in accordance with the
device connected to the XLR/TRS jack(s).
Phantom power switch (L/R)
When connecting an external microphone
with phantom power support to the XLR/
TRS jack(s), slide the switch to “ON” to supply
power.
INPUT (input selection) switch
Slide the switch to “MIC/LINE” to record
audio signals from the external microphone
connected to the MIC IN/LINE IN jack. When
no external microphone is connected to the
MIC IN/LINE IN jack, audio signals from the
built-in microphones are recorded.
Slide the switch to “XLR/TRS” to record audio
signals from the external device connected to
the XLR/TRS jack(s).

Connect an external microphone or an audio
device for audio recording.
MIC/LINE INPUT LEVEL (MIC/LINE input
type selection) switch
Select “MIC” or “LINE” in accordance with the
output level of the device connected to the
MIC IN/LINE IN jack.
REC LEVEL (recording level) dial
Adjust the recording volume by turning the
REC LEVEL dial to display the desired level (0
to 10) in the “—” position next to the display
window.
You can adjust the volume for both of the
right and left channels simultaneously by
turning the dial. To change the recording
volume balance between the right and left
channels, pull out the outer dial to separate it
from the inner dial. Then, turn the outer dial to
adjust the volume level of the right channel.
To adjust the level of the left channel, turn the
inner dial.
