After setting the holiday, press the [ESC] button followed by the [Save] button at the bottom
of the menu and click the [Select] button.
ƒ [Save] –Saves the defined holidays
ƒ [Cancel] - Exits without saving the setting
ƒ [Reset] – Deletes previous settings and resets
the setup
5-1-4. System
Use the {System} menu to set up the system and define its auxiliary features.
1. {Local administrator password} Used to set the password of the local administrator
2. {Menu Time Out}
Used to set the time to exit the System Setup menu
automatically and to go to the real-time monitoring
screen
3. {Modem baud rate} Sets the modem transmission rate
4. {DVR name} Used to name the DVR
5. {Remote ID} Used to name the remote control to run the system
6. {Date display type} Used to set the date format
7. {Users} Used to register, add, or delete users
8. {Buzzer} Turns the alarm sound feature ON/OFF
9. {Alarm Duration} Sets the alarm generation time (in seconds)
10. {Firmware Upgrade} Upgrades the system firmware
11. {Factory Setup} Used to reset the systems

On the {Main Setup} menu, go to {System} and press the [Select] button.
