The buzzer inside the system is used to sound an alarm in case of HDD Failure, Backup
Failure, Network Failure, Fan Failure, Power Failure, or Signal Loss.
(9) Alarm Duration
Sets the alarm generation time
On the {System} menu, go to {8. Alarm Duration} using the arrow (ST) buttons and press
the [Select] button.
On the selection box, set the alarm generation time using the arrow and [Select] buttons.
(10) Firmware Upgrade
Workhorse 120-16 can be easily upgraded using an external storage device or a portable storage
device with USB 2.0 port or built-in CD-RW/DVD-RW.
Find the upgrade file and copy it to the highest folder in the external storage device or portable
storage device.

When copying an upgrade file from the PC, connect the USB device to the PC first.
If the USB device is disconnected from the port while the upgrade file is being
copied, the DVR system may not automatically recognize the file.
Upgrading cannot proceed if no HDD is installed.
Connect the storage device containing an upgrade file to the USB 2.0 port.
On the {System} menu, go to {9. Firmware Upgrade} using the arrow (ST) buttons.
Press the [Select] button.
The upgrade information window then appears within 15 seconds as shown below:
