3-1. Overview
This program transforms the MPEG-4 format download and recorded files to MPEG-1
format files, allowing the user to see them using the Windows Media Player.
3-2. Running and using
(1) Click the Start > Programs > DVR Remote Access Program > CMS> Trans Coder
menu.
(2) Then, the following screen is displayed.
