1. No electrical supply to the

1. Room thermostat set to
maximum.

4. Reset the thermostat
temperature.

sensor and replace if
necessary.
6. Check the panel and replace if
necessary.
The stove does not run.
1. Lack of electricity supply.
1. Pellet sensor in lockout.

2. Pressure switch broken
(lockout indicated).
3. Smoke outlet or duct
blocked.
4. Check that the electric socket is
plugged in and that the main
switch is in position “I”.

Clear lockout by resetting the
rear thermostat, replace the
thermostat if it happens
again.
6. Replace the fuse.
7. Replace the pressure switch.
8. Clean the smoke outlet and/or
smoke duct.
The operations marked in bold type must be
carried out by specialised MCZ personnel.
The manufacturer refuses to accept any
responsibility and the guarantee lapses if this
condition is not respected.
