4.9 Checking the internal components
Checking the internal electromechanical components must only be done by qualified
personnel with technical knowledge relating to combustion and electricity. If necessary,
refer to authorised MCZ technical assistance centres.
We recommend that an annual
maintenance service is carried out, preferably under a programmed service contract. The
essential part of this service is a visual and functional check on the following components:
Reduction motor
Smoke expulsion fan
Smoke sensor
Heat-exchanger fan
Ignition sparkplug
Resettable pellet thermostat
Room temperature sensor
Pressure switch
Main board
Silenced board for heat-exchanger
Fuses protecting panel - main board - silenced board
Wiring
The following is a summary of the checks and/or maintenance tasks which are indispensable for
the correct operation of the stove.
