Removing the memory card
Follow these steps to remove the memory card from your
computer:
1. Remove the screw securing the memory card to the bracket at
the front of the computer case, as shown below.
2. Grasp the top of the card and pull it straight up and out of its
socket.
3. Gently place it on your work surface with the component side
facing up.
4. Follow the instructions in the next section(s) to install or
remove SIMMs as necessary.
