Procedure:
• Ensure that the warning labels on and inside the device are present and undamaged.
Replace the warning labels if they are damaged or missing.
• Check whether the cover latches are undamaged and securely in place.
Replace the cover latches if they are damaged or loose.
7.1.9 Checking the Fuses and Fuse Holders
2. Ensure that the DC fuses and tension springs of the fuse holders are securely in place.
7.1.10 Checking Bolted Connections and Clamp Connections
2. Ensure that the bolted connections of the power cables are securely in place.
3. Ensure that the clamp connections of the PV strings are securely in place.
4. Ensure that the clamp connections of the optional DC circuit breaker are securely in place.
5. Check whether the bolted and clamp connections on the insulation and the terminals are discolored or changed.
If the bolted and clamp connections are discolored or look in any way different, replace them.
6. Ensure that the shield clamping saddle is securely in place.
7.1.11 Checking the Surge Arrester
2. Check whether the ready indicator of the surge arrester is red.
If the ready indicator is red, replace the protection module.
