<black SS:FF> =

<seconds> = FF, 00-09 (hex, one byte)
FF = argument NOP, causes Saturn to ignore the contents of the pair.
00-09 = Seconds representing 0:00 through 9:00.
<frames> = 00-1D (hex, one byte). Frames representing 0:00 through 0:29.
