0x00-0x09, 0xFF

= transition duration seconds (0xFF = NOP)

The parameter is only applicable in the Command Format when = Cus-
tom. The values are ignored otherwise.

The parameter in the Reply Format will always indicate the actual transition duration in
seconds and frames for all types.

<blackDuration SS:FF> (2 Hex Bytes)

0x00-0x09, 0xFF

= black duration seconds (0xFF = NOP)

The parameter is currently not utilized and the values will be ignored.

The parameter in the Reply Format will always indicate the actual black duration in sec-
