Installing K2-AvidTM Software on Avid devices


Prerequisites:

A.

NewsCutter or MediaComposer software is installed on editor clients.


B.

Avid Unity TransferManager server or Avid Interplay server software is installed.


C.

Each editor client has TransferManager client or Avid Interplay client software

installed.

Installing the K2AvidDHM software

1. Browse the K2-AvidTM software folder and access the folder \K2AvidDhm\Disk1\.

2. Double-click Setup.exe.

3. In the “License Required for this version of software” dialog box, click Next.

Note: you might get the following message if you are attempting to install on a device
which do not have any Transfer Manager or Interplay Transfer engine installed.
