RJ-45 port LEDs
The LPUs provide RJ-45 port LEDs to indicate the link status and data receiving/transmitting status of the
RJ-45 ports.

A link is present.

10-Gigabit RJ-45 port—Operating at 1 Gbps.

No link is present.
SFP port LEDs
The LPUs provide SFP port LEDs to indicate the link status and data receiving/transmitting status of the
SFP ports. Ports 1 to 44 on the LSX1GP48EB1 are SFP ports that support only SFP modules. Ports 45 to
48 on the LSX1GP48EB1 are SFP ports that support SFP modules, SFP+ modules, and SFP+ DAC cables.

port is operating at 1000 Mbps.
Amber (only for ports 45 to 48 on

and the SFP port is operating at 10 Gbps.
Off
No link is present.
SFP+ port LEDs
The LPUs provide one SFP+ port LED for each SFP+ port to indicate the link status and data
receiving/transmitting status of the SFP+ ports.
