Step 3: When [Next Update Time] is arrived, iP380 will connect with HTTP Server to check the
firmware version.
Step 4: When iP380 downloads [PHONEO_ver.dat] file completely, it will compare the [CPU]
information with current version. If the current version is older than server’s one, iP380 will
check [CNAME] parameter and download [PHONEO_1019011.ssh] from the designated
Server.
 Check New Firmware Type: Power on and Scheduling (Manually Upgrade)
Step 1: Please build the file of checking firmware version [PHONEO_ver.dat] file and place it in the
folder of designated Server with new *.ssh file.
Step 2: In [Auto Update Setting] web page, Set up [Type: FTP, FTP Server: 192.168.50.2, FTP
User Name: test, FTP Password: test, Check New Firmware Type: Power on and Scheduling,
Scheduling (Date): 14，Scheduling (Time): AM 00:00-05:59, Automatic Update: Automatic,
Firmware File Prefix: PHONEO] (See Figure 5).

Step 3: In [Auto Update Setting] web page, check the next updating time of [Next Update time]
(See Figure 6).

Step 4: When iP380 downloads [phone_ver.dat] file completely, it will compare the [CPU]
information with current version. If the current version is older than Server’s one, there will
display a [ Found New S/W ] message on LCD from iP380 Phone.
Step 5: If you want to perform upgrade firmware feature directly, Please press [Right direction]
key to enter settings menu, Select [ 6. Administrator 2. Upgrade System1. Upgrade
Now 1. Yes ] project and enforcement firmware upgrade.
