Provision Active Default: Disable; When this function is on, iP380 will download the
MACID.dat from the designated Server.
Provide options: Disable, TFTP, FTP and HTTP.

Configuration
Default: Disable; Set up 2 Steps configuration, get the common
settings first, then get the SIP accounts and passwords secondly.
Provide options: Disable, Enable.
