This function shall cooperate with the
SIP Server or IP-PBX. Before use the VMS
function, need to Setup IP phone’s VMS dial
code. Press this button can enter SIP server
VMS and hear voice message.
a. If SIP Server or IP-PBX has a VMS
message left for this phone. The VMS LED
will brighten(At the same time, the
message lights for message inicator
steady ON).
b. Press this key, LCD moniter shows how
many messages and the message’s date
and time. User can use navigation
keys(the arrow keys) to select which
message to listen. Once all messages
have been listened, the VMS LED will
darken. (At the same time, the message
lights for message indicator disabled. But
if iP380 have other function to use
message lights, the light remains ON.)
c. Use navigation key to hear message,
Enable auto handfree started function, the
message will play from speaker. In the
play time, User can choose “handset” or
“headset” to listen.
d. Or Off-Hook first, then choose talk mode
and press VMS key to hear voice
message.
VMS (Vocie Mail
Service)
a. iP380 has a missed call, this key LED will
brighten (At the same time, the warning
lights for message inicator steady ON).
b. Press this key, LCD will show how many
calls were missed and the missed call’s
time and date. Use navigation key to read
or redial the missed call.
c. When all missed call message have been
read, the missed call’s LED will darken.
(At the same time, the warning lights for
message indicator disabled. But if iP380
have other function to use warning lights,
