For this example, the FEP-4600 is being used to communicate with three different remote
3745s. Three CTC connections must be defined, one for each of the remote connections.
(Note that if you need to configure 3 Explicit Routes to the same remote 3745, the
IOCDS definition could look exactly the same.)
