4.3.10 BACnet Alarm
The BACnet Alarm Configuration page allows the user to configure the BACnet alarm
settings.

Option Description
Recipient #1 IP
Address
When there is a BACnet alarm, a message will be sent to this
address.
PID BACnet Process Identifier - Additional information that can be sent
with an alarm to indicate what the alarm recipient should do once
the alarm is received.
Notification Type Select unconfirmed or confirmed. If you select confirmed, the
recipient will be required to acknowledge the alarm.
Notification Class A list of devices to be informed if an event enrollment object
determines that a warning or alarm message needs to be sent.
Notification Priority Designate a priority to controls where conflicting control situations
may occur.
Leak Detected Alarms Select analog or binary.
APDU Timeout The amount of time in seconds between retransmissions of an
APDU requiring acknowledgement for which no acknowledgement
has been received.
Number of APDU
retries
The maximum number of times an APDU is retransmitted.
