Response: Valid Command: !AAEVV[CHK](cr)
Invalid Command: ?AA[CHK](cr)
Syntax or communication error may get no response.
! Delimiter for valid Command

AA Address of response module(00 to FF)
E Host watchdog enable status, 1 = Enable, 0 = Disable
VV Timeout value in HEX format, each count is 0.1
second, 01h = 0.1 second and FFh = 25.5 seconds
