For CB-7063/63D/63A/63AD/63B/63BD, from 0 to 7
(Data) is two characters for output channel less than 8
For CB-7044/44D/50/50D, from 00 to FF
For CB-7065/65D/65A/65AD/65B/65BD, from 00 to 1F
For CB-7066/66D/67/67D, from 00 to 7F
(Data) is four characters for output channel less than 16
For CB-7042/42D, from 0000 to 1FFF
