REMOTE CONSOLE WIRING - CHECKPOINT AND PROFIT POINT
Most consoles are located within eight feet of the site controller and are wired using the supplied
cables. You can, however, locate your console up to 1000 feet from the site controller. To do this,
you must use two additional junction boxes and wire the site as shown below. All wiring must be
installed according to the RS-232 and RS-485 wiring specifications discussed previously.
