Use these tools to
 set the date and time, time zone, and Internet time
 identify and track your printers
 change the Power and Input Panel properties
 lock the system to restrict user access
 change the PC connection
 add user notification events
 test the speaker
 view the System properties and Software version.
S e t t i n g t h e D a t e a n d T i m e
1. Touch the Emerald key to access the Start Menu, select Settings, Control Panel, and
Date/Time Properties.
2. Touch the + or – buttons to set the correct date and time. Touch the AM/PM button to
toggle between the two settings.
3. Touch OK.
