1.

Touch the Emerald key to access the Start Menu, select Settings, Control Panel, and
Date/Time Properties.

2.

Touch the Time Zone tab.

3.

Choose your time zone from the drop down list.

4.

Place a checkmark in the box if you want your printer’s time setting to automatically adjust
when daylight savings changes occur.

5.

Press OK.

Date/Time Properties.

Touch the Internet Time tab.

3.

Place a checkmark in the box if you want your printer to automatically sync with an Internet
time server.
