IDE
The MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E supports a 44pin Mini-IDE header on board.
The IDE interface supports up to two IDE devices providing an interface for IDE hard disks
and ATAPI devices. Each IDE device has independent timings. The IDE interface supports
PIO IDE transfers up to 16 MB/sec and Ultra ATA transfers up to 100 MB/sec. It does not
consume any legacy DMA resources. The IDE interface integrates 16*32-bit buffers for
optimal transfers.
The ICH8s IDE system contains a single, independent IDE signal channel that can be
electrically isolated. There are integrated series resistors on the data and control lines.

4.17 Super I/O

MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E uses Winbond W83627UHG-LF as Super I/O.

Serial Port
MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E supports six serial ports:

Two to DSUB-9 in rear I/O region

One RS-232/422/485 port

Two power COM

One to 2x5Pin header

Parallel Port
MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E supports the parallel port integrated on board.

PS/2
MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E supports the PS/2 keyboard or mouse integrated on board.

4.18 HW Monitor

Voltage monitor
MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E uses W83627UHG hardware monitor as voltage monitor. It
implements voltage monitoring capability on 1.05V, 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and CPU core. Voltages
can be read in BIOS setup menu.

Temperature
MITX-430/MITX-440-DVI-2E uses EMC2103 to monitor the CPU temperature, and uses
W83627 hardware monitor to monitor the system temperature.
