Via on-board switches you can control the write-protection status of both flashes. By default,
both user flash devices are write-enabled. For further details refer to

4.7 Fabric Channel Interfaces
The fabric channel interfaces on the ATCA-F120 are implemented via the following two switch
devices:
 Broadcom BCM56800
 Broadcom BCM56502
