Problem:

The lens is pulled in when the
POWER is switched off.
Check AUTO RETRACT function.
(See ’’OTHER FUNCTION SETTING” section on page 35).
Picture is L/R Reversed.
Check REVERSE SCAN l_/R feature.
(See ’’OTHER FUNCTION SETTING” section on page 35).
Picture is T/B inverted.
Check REVERSE SCAN T/B feature.
(See ’’OTHER FUNCTION SETTING” section on page 35).
Some displays are not seen
during the operation.
Check DISPLAY feature.
(See ’’OTHER FUNCTION SETTING” section on page 35).
No sound.
• Check audio cable connection from audio input source.
• Adjust audio source.
• Press the VOLUME (+) button.
• Press the MUTE button.
Remote control unit doesn’t
work.
• Check the batteries.
• Make sure nothing is blocking the remote control unit on the
projector.
• Make sure you are not too far from the projector when using the
remote control unit. {Maximum operate range 16.4 feet (5 m)}.
Wireless mouse function does
not work.
• Check the cable connection between the projector and the
computer.
• Check the mouse setting on your computer.
• Turn on the projector before you turn on the computer.

In the event that your unit is determined to be defective,
you’ll be issued a Return Authorization Number.
After you’ve received this number, send the unit, a copy of
your sales receipt, and a description of the problem, freight
prepaid, to Proxima. Clearly note the Return Authorization
Number on the outside of the shipping box.
